IF YOU PURCHASED PRODUCT THROUGH A STROUD SAFETY RESELLER, PLEASE CONTACT THEM TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item for a refund. You may be charged a restocking fee of 25% or more depending upon the reasoning and the condition of the product that the customer returns and for all returned shipping charges. In some cases, an additional $20 repackaging fee will be added for damaged or non-reusable packaging.
Return Acceptance Conditions For Refund
Customer must return merchandise in the original box intact with all components as originally shipped from Stroud Safety. All components must be in like-new condition. All returns must be accompanied by a Stroud Safety RMA number and the original receipt. Credit for refund will be granted only to the purchaser whose name appears on the original receipt.
At Stroud Safety’s discretion, we may decline any return or charge a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service. All cash or check transactions will be refunded by check. Checks take a minimum of two to four weeks for processing. Credit card transactions will be refunded to the credit card account used for the initial transaction.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
